APPOINTMENTS

We offer appointments to suit your needs, including late nights and Saturdays. To ensure you get an appointment when you require with the Studio B stylist you prefer, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment before you leave the salon today.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION

Due to the personalized nature of our business, last minute cancellations can have a great impact on us.  We love our hairdressers and we believe that you will to! We also understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. We kindly ask

that you give us a minimum 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

RUNNING LATE

We understand, life is crazy, and things happen. However, if you are running more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may have to be shortened or rescheduled.  Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to arrive at your scheduled time. 

SERVICE  ADJUSTMENTS

Our top priority is that each guest has an enjoyable experience while visiting Studio B Hair Gallery. If there is something that you do not love about your service, we would like to know.  Please contact the salon within one week of your original service and we will gladly do what it

takes to make it perfect for you!

CHILDREN

As a community focused salon, Studio B Hair Gallery welcomes families and children. However, due to safety considerations, children, ages 10 and under, are not permitted in the salon if they are not strictly supervised by a parent . If a parent brings a child, age 10 or under,

to the salon during their service they must be able to sit quietly or the service may have to be rescheduled.

ALTERNATIVE STYLISTS

Occasionally, your preferred stylists may be unavailable. We do our best to minimize any inconvenience when this happens by offering you an alternate stylist. Studio B Hair Gallery is built on a culture of professionalism and teamwork, and it in no way hurts our feeling if

you schedule with another stylist! In fact, you may even love your alternate stylist so much that you book with them next time – and that’s ok too! Our goal is that each of our guests are completely satisfied and enjoy their experience at Studio B Hair Gallery.

HAIRDRESSER LEVELS

Although all of our stylists begin as qualified, licensed professionals, Studio B Hair Gallery nurtures their talent through continued education. Our stylists refine their abilities and develop new skills every day. Because of the varying degrees of experience and expertise,

Studio B Hair Gallery offers options to guests with Hairdresser Levels of Master, Senior, Junior, and Artist.
