We are excited for the upcoming season and sharing time with you here at the salon.

Due to an increased number of last-minute cancellations, and clients who do not show up for confirmed, scheduled appointments, Studio B Hair Gallery has enforced a new policy.

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment time, or give less than 24-hour notice, in order to reschedule their appointment, the client will be required to make a deposit to hold their next appointment time. The deposit will be charged to a credit/debit card and applied to the clients account to be used toward the next service. If the appointment is missed or rescheduled again, without 24-hour notice, client will need to pay the entire scheduled service amount to hold the next appointment time.

We regret that we must enforce such a policy, but it has become an issue, and stylists are not paid a salary, but are paid according to the services provided to clients.
